It is prophesied in the Bible that [[Christ]] is to sit on the [[Prophecy of David’s Throne|throne of King David]]. [[David|King David]] sat on the throne when he was 30 years old and reigned for 40 years. Jesus was [[Baptism|baptized]] at 30 years of age according to the prophecy, but He died on the [[cross]] after preaching for only three years.
