The Arab text in the scroll held by the “Golden Hawk of Qureish” reads Arabic اتحاد الجمهوريات العربية, ittiħād al-jumhūriyyāt al-`arabiyya, i.e. the Federation (literally “Union”) of Arab Republics — in a quasi-Kufic script (in its original form, with a very ornamental letter dal د). Article 24 - "Protection of audio - visual, broadcast, televised or cinematography work shall be enforceable for fifty years as of the date of producing the work." Article 25 - "Photographic, fine arts or plastic arts shall be enforceable for ten years as of the date of producing such work."
